Espresso programs
You sell espresso. We handle the rest.
Sold, installed, warrantied, and serviced by us. Your staff trained on the machine they will use. Coffee, syrups, and sauces on the same truck.

Why the same company
The people who sell it are the people who fix it.
One company for the machine, the install, the warranty, and the repair. No second phone number.
Parts on the shelf
We stock parts for everything we sell and work directly with the manufacturers. A machine bought online is often a machine nobody can fix.
Your tech knows your machine
The person who installed it is the person who shows up when it needs service. Our tech team covers Richmond and Portsmouth.
One invoice
Coffee, machine, syrups, sauces, training, and service, from one company you can call.
"Nobody around here services that machine."
That is the call we get most. It is why we do not sell what we cannot fix.
Brands we carry

How it works
Every machine comes with the people behind it.
A machine is not a one-time purchase. Here is what happens after you choose one.
1
Choose
We match the machine to your volume and your menu, new or replacing the one you have.
2
Install
We check power, water, and drain before install day, then install and calibrate at your shop.
3
Train
Hands-on training included, until your staff is comfortable making drinks.
4
Service
Same company, parts in stock, and a tech team across Richmond and Portsmouth.
What we carry
The right equipment for how you pour.

Espresso machines
A wide range of commercial machines, matched to your volume and your menu. La Marzocco is our premier line.

Commercial grinders
Grinders dialed in alongside the machine, matched to your coffee and how much you pour.
Super-automatic machines
One button, the same latte every time, no barista required. Built for diners and kitchens where whoever is on shift makes the drinks. We are certified to service them.
Replacing an old machine
If the machine on your counter is more trouble than it is worth, we size the replacement, install it, haul the old one away, and train your staff on the new one.
Replace my machineBuying, leasing, or not sure yet? We walk through the options and pricing with you once we know your menu. Start an espresso program
What an install needs
Before install day.
A commercial espresso machine needs three things from your building. Some locations need a plumber or an electrician first. We check all of it before we bring the machine, so there are no surprises.
01
Power
Often a dryer-style plug on its own circuit.
02
Water
A water line, with filtration sized to the machine.
03
Drain
Somewhere for the drip tray and backflush water to go.

Barista training
Your baristas, trained on the machine they will use.
Hands-on training included with every machine, until your staff is comfortable making drinks. We also teach the drink menu: caramel macchiato, white chocolate mocha, iced lattes, and what to charge for each.
01
Dialing in the grinder
Grind and dose set for your coffee, so every shot starts right.
02
Pulling shots
Tamping, timing, and tasting, so the espresso is the same on a Tuesday as on a Saturday.
03
Steaming milk
Texture and temperature for lattes and cappuccinos.
04
Daily cleaning
The routine that keeps the machine running and the coffee tasting clean.

Equipment questions
Buying an espresso machine
What does the machine need from my building?
Power, often a dryer-style plug on its own circuit. A water line, with filtration. A drain. Some locations need a plumber or an electrician first. We check all of it before we bring the machine.
Do I need a barista?
Not with a super-automatic. One button, the same latte every time, whoever is on shift. For a traditional machine, we train your staff until they are comfortable.
Who services the machine?
We do. The same company that sold and installed it, with a service tech team across Richmond and Portsmouth. Call (804) 378-2363.
Do you stock parts?
Yes, for everything we sell. We deal directly with the manufacturers. A machine bought online is often a machine nobody can fix, because the parts cannot be sourced here.
Can we lease, or buy used?
Buying, leasing, and used equipment are all part of the conversation once we know your volume and your menu. Contact our team and we will walk through it.
Can you replace an old machine?
Yes. We size the replacement, install it, haul the old one away, and train your staff on the new one.
Can you set up a food truck?
Yes. Espresso built for a small window and a moving line.
Do you supply the syrups and sauces?
Yes, delivered with your coffee, along with frappe and refresher mixes. Not sold online.
