Our roastery

Where your coffee comes from.

A locally owned roaster. Roasted in house, in small batches, after you order it.

Our story

We started with the coffee. Our customers asked for the rest.

Carytown started as a small batch roaster and grew into a full service coffee and beverage partner because customers kept asking for more. They needed the beans, then the espresso machine, then someone to fix it, then training for the new barista. So we roast coffee we are proud of, and we take responsibility for everything that touches it in your business.
